When working with Microsoft Word, it is possible to look up a word in the Thesaurus, to provide alternatives (along with definitions etc). To do this you click your mouse cursor on the Word and select Thesaurus on the Readable toolbar.

You can use Readable to speak and underline-highlight the Thesaurus, by pressing Ctrl and moving your mouse cursor to the target word.
