Sensory App House Ltd is a small UK-based company building software for users with disabilities, learning differences and accessibility needs. Real people answer your support emails. We want to hear from you β about problems, about feature ideas, about how Readable is working in your specific situation.
Contacting support
The fastest way to reach us is by email. Visit sensoryreadable.com and use the contact link, or email the support address listed there.
When you contact support, the most useful information to include:
- Your Readable version number β find this in Settings β About
- Your Windows version β find this in Settings β System β About inside Windows
- A clear description of what you're trying to do and what's happening
- Steps to reproduce the problem if it's a bug β what did you click, what did you expect, what happened instead
- Screenshots if applicable β they save a lot of back-and-forth
- Any error messages exactly as they appear
The more specific your message, the faster we can help. "Readable doesn't work" gives us nothing to start with; "After upgrading from version X to version Y, Hover Read stops working in Microsoft Edge but still works in Word" tells us exactly where to look.
What we can help with
- Technical problems. Bugs, things that don't work, things that worked before and stopped, installation issues, performance issues.
- How-to questions. If something is unclear after reading the help, just ask. Confusion in the help means the help needs improving.
- Feature requests. Tell us what would make Readable more useful for you. We do read every request and many of them shape the roadmap.
- Accessibility-specific guidance. If you're a teacher, therapist, or assessor working with users with specific needs, and you're trying to figure out the best Readable setup, we can advise.
- Licensing and orders. Questions about your subscription, organisation licensing, education or charity discounts, invoicing.
Documentation and self-help resources
- This help site. The pages you're reading now cover every Readable feature. Use the search or browse the sidebar to find specific topics.

- Email newsletter. Subscribe via the website to get update announcements and tips.
Sending feedback
Even if there's no problem, we'd love to hear how Readable is working for you. What features do you use most? What feels missing? What would make a real difference in your day? This kind of feedback genuinely shapes what we build next.
Email us through the website β we read everything.
Reporting accessibility issues
Sensory Readable is an accessibility product, so any place where it falls short of being accessible itself is something we want to know about urgently. If you find a screen-reader incompatibility, a keyboard-trap, a high-contrast issue, or any barrier that prevents you using Readable effectively, please tell us.
