Before you contact us
- Readable isn’t reading from other apps? Right-click the menu-bar icon and choose Re-check permissions…. See Installing and Permissions.
- Readable isn’t speaking at all? Check Silent mode is off (⌥ Option+⌘ Command+S).
- Hover isn’t speaking? Hold Control or Option, or see Hover Read Modes.
- Something not behaving as expected? Try Reset all settings to defaults on the About tab of Settings.
